Our primary objective as a Special Education Advocate is to represent and protect the interests of students in obtaining the necessary special education support and services as provided by the law, specifically the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEIA).
My child has been struggling academically and/or behaviorally, causing him/her to not make progress in the classroom.
My child has an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) or 504 plan but not receiving the services and accommodations listed.
My child was found eligible for special education services...Now what?
My Child has an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) or 504 plan but I have no idea what any of it means or what to do with it.
